David has been pursuing his passion in real estate for over 30 years. As a Realtor and Broker in Charge he guides the StoneWright Team in delivering exceptional service to our firms brokerage and property management clients. His experience comes from residential, multi-family and commercial real estate investing and re-development, more than 25 years of property management experience, and working with both residential and commercial buyers/sellers. In addition to holding an active NC/SC Brokerage License he also is a NC General Contractor and leads Foothills Historic Conservation, Inc. which focus' on historic property preservation. David is involved in his community and currently serves on several community organizational boards. David currently lives in Kings Mountain with his family where they enjoy preserving and restoring historic properties and working with other entrepreneurs to build successful community businesses.
