Mary Roeser has been helping buyers and sellers achieve the American dream since 1999. She is an award-winning Realtor who currently holds an active real estate license in three states – Virginia, West Virginia and Florida. Her background is in marketing, having been the Promotions and Marketing Director for two Hearst-owned radio stations in Baltimore, WBAL-AM and WIYY-FM, for nearly 20 years.
One of the most important factors in choosing a Realtor is feeling confident that the values and the personality of the Realtor will merge with you and your family. Mary strives for excellence in all that she does and embraces integrity as the cornerstone upon which her client’s trust is built. She also understands what a sensitive and emotionally charged process buying or selling your home can be. It involves one of the biggest commitments a family can make. Always discreet and always professional, she is totally committed to providing whatever it takes to help you through the process, to keep you well informed and to make sure you have the right answers to the many questions that will inevitably arise during the transaction.
For the last 18 years, Mary and her husband Pete have contributed much time and energy towards educating the public on the plight of the racing greyhound. Over the years, they have personally adopted 5 greyhounds from race tracks in Florida and have supported several adoption groups, most recently the Blue Ridge Greyhound Adoption group in Leesburg, VA. Although they are partial to greyhounds, their efforts to support pet adoption and rescue extends to all breeds of dogs and cats.
Loyalty - Honesty - Trust
Before I became a Realtor, I was (and continue to be) the benefactor of retired racing greyhounds. They taught me those qualities first.
