Emily grew up in the local bay area, raised by an electrician and a construction company manager. Emily married a local general contractor raised by an architect and artist. Emily has always loved real estate, space management, function, building and design.
Born with a natural eye for design, influenced by being raised and then married into building and construction, knowledge in real estate appraisal and having worked to assist some of the best agents there are in the bay area. A combination of what Emily was born to do and being in the right place at the right time...
Back in 1997, Emily left junior college and joined Hacienda Real Estate Appraisal Services and worked her way from managing the office to completing purchase/refinance residential appraisals.
In 2001, Emily joined Better Homes Realty Lafayette and managed the marketing department as well as transaction coordination for the office.
Emily left Better Homes and went back full time to Hacienda Real Estate Appraisal Services back until the office closed its doors in 2006.
Emily joined Coldwell Banker Walnut Creek in 2007 as an REO Listing Manager and from there... the rest is history!
Emily enjoys spending time with her four wild boys, trips in her motor home exploring California, being a den leader to Cub Scout Den 9, building homes with her hubby, restoring antiques, baking, gardening, living simply and enjoying every single moment she is blessed with.
