I believe that real estate is a people business. I feel that it is critical to understand people’s needs and requirements before laying out the best options based on their situation. My approach is to help people navigate the real estate market, especially when complications surface. I also focus on anticipating and preventing potential problems from arising. This assures my clients as smooth and seamless a transaction as possible. Real estate is also about building relationships. I would like to work with you and exceed your expectations.
I have a master’s degree in social work (MSW) from University of California, Los Angeles. Working as a social worker for 8 years, I provided case management, HIV/AIDS education and fundraising. I also worked with elderly and terminally ill patients. Next, I worked as an IT Project Manager at a capital management firm for 8 years. Again, the most enjoyable aspect of my work was interacting with people and the “project management†aspect. Real estate allows me to combine my people and project management skills to their best advantage. I get a deep satisfaction assisting people with their real estate needs.
I was born in South Korea, lived in Germany for a year as a child, and grew up in Orange County, Southern California. The Bay Area has been my home since 1998. Growing up in different countries and cities makes me appreciate cultural diversity. My hobbies are rock climbing, throwing dinner parties and wine socials, and trying new things. I also enjoy traveling and have visited Malaysia, France, Italy, Taiwan, Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Scotland, England, and Germany.
I enjoy meeting people with varying views, trying new types of food, and seeing natural, as well as, man-made wonders. I am fluent in Korean.
