66 Saddle Rd
Walnut Creek, California, 94595
Great fixer opportunity in the Tice Valley on the Alamo border with Mt Diablo views to the east. Perched near the top of the hill, 66 Saddle Rd is a magical setting. It is truly a safe, private, serene, paradise. Rehab, remodel, or expand upon this wonderful home site!!! This is the perfect spot for an avid hiker. Just down the hill is a fabulous hiking trail, as you pass the redwood trees on Castle Hill Ranch Road and enter the wilderness area. Explore the countryside and you will hear the many birds singing and it is not unusual to catch a glimpse of wildlife, such as deer, raccoons, squirrels, soaring hawks and wild turkeys. It's just minutes to downtown Walnut Creek!!! Watching the sun come up as it peaks its light above Mt. Diablo is spectacular. Sunsets are just as beautiful with views of Walnut Creek in the distance. Quiet, friendly neighborhood with a strong sense of community. Truly a place of refuge
