My name is So Hyun Augustine, but most people call me by my nickname, Hanna. I was born in Busan, Korea and traveled to the States with my family at the age of three. We landed in Berkeley, CA and I’ve since lived all over this region including San Francisco, Daly City, Mill Valley, Corte Madera, Oakland, and Walnut Creek, making the entire Bay Area my true home community. My greatest joy as a Realtor is watching my clients find their perfect home, knowing that my first-hand knowledge of the area enabled them to make their choice with confidence. Matching a buyer with a home, or a seller with the perfect terms comes as a result of truly caring for my clients’ needs. I pay attention to what they are looking for, and guide them to help make decisions that will benefit them. Choosing to buy or sell is a huge life decision, which is why when a client places their trust in me, I give them my all. I have been working in the real estate industry since 2003; I am active in multiple facets of the business: residential housing representing buyers and sellers, condominium development (with sales of more than 300 units), and marketing luxury residential rentals. I enjoy volunteering at my sons’ school when I have free time. Other hobbies include coaching my younger son’s soccer team, skiing in Tahoe with my family, paddle boarding, and pilates.
