Dave has over 11 years of fine home real estate consultation here in our lovely community. He lends an extensive expertise and knowledge having been involved in the successful closings of well over three hundred residential transactions. Previous to entering into Fine Home Consultation, Dave was a corporate sales and marketing manager at the renowned Illy Coffee Company of Trieste Italy, Ghirardelli Chocolate and Seattle’s Best Coffee (now part of the Starbucks Group), where he managed sales teams, national accounts and helped direct the identity of the corporate brands. Dave has been recognized in our community as being attentive to detail and professional. A proud father of three young children, Dave is a proud supporter of the local Schools Systems and supporter of local fundraising events. He takes pride in the concierge level service that he strives to provide each and every one of his clients. His in-depth knowledge of local neighborhoods and communities are an invaluable recourse for buyers and sellers that need to make tough decisions. An astute negotiator, he will keep your best interests in mind at all times, while keeping your private affairs confidential. Dave has extensive world travel experience in which he has studied European architecture and has been able to incorporate this background into the esthetic portion of his career .Travels include, Spain, England, Italy, Belgium, Germany, Holland, France and Greece, Hungary, Czechoslovakia, Mexico and Australia. Now however, he love simple escapes with his kids and can often be found at the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Carmel Highlands or various campsites along the coast or inland. Dave will help guide you through your real estate process with grace, confidence and balance. Having purchased three homes himself and currently having an active rental income property, he understands what home buyers and sellers go through during a transaction.
