Valerie Quade is the owner/broker of My Housing Wizard. She has over over 20 years of hands on home sales experience. Her real estate career began in 2001 in Los Angeles, CA, where she had the privilege learning from some of the savviest agents in the country. It was here where she had the privilege of working with both buyers and sellers of residential real estate, investment properties, 1031 exchanges, and experience with same day closings on both sales and purchases for individual clients. Since moving to the Bay Area in 2008 she has continued to help buyers and sellers transition from one phase of their life to another by easing the stress of one of the most important aspects of this transition and that is buying or selling their home. Valerie makes sure that her clients are well informed and competently guided thorughout their home buying and/or home selling journey. Buyers and sellers can rest assured that they will be fully informed of their rights and obligations in an easy-to-understand manner. Regardless of whether she is representing buyers or sellers, she is a shrew negotiator on behalf of her clients. In addition, she has extensive experience in communicating with escrow and title officers, lenders, appraisers, other real estate agent and brokers, contractors, inspectors, and various city entities. Her level of experience is invaluable in creating smooth transactions, and for solving problems expediently when they arise.
