I’ve been working with Winkler Real Estate Group since 2009 as a licensed Realtor and property manager. I’ve helped buyers and sellers in Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin and San Francisco counties. Working with first-time homebuyers, sellers and real estate investors I make good use of my knowledge of local ordinances around important issues, like rent control. At WREG, I manage numerous properties from Richmond to Oakland, taking care of just about everything. Hi, I’m Tom. I grew up in the East Bay, mostly in Albany, and have strong local knowledge. I left to earn my BA in Business Administration out of state but returned right afterwards to the area that I love the most. Playing baseball all the way through college taught me big lessons: I appreciate the value of working as a team, being a helpful collaborator, and remaining cool and calm under pressure. When I returned to California I moved to Richmond Annex, and came to work with Danny and the team. All the lessons learned on the baseball field came into play… I have worked right alongside Danny on most of his transactions since 2009 and in the last few years I’ve grown my own business. All sorts of tasks are my responsibility, from the mundane to the highly specialized. I’m good with routine but I also shine in emergencies. I’m dependable. At Winkler Real Estate Group we genuinely care for each other. We work hard, we play hard, and we are humble. No one puts on a false face. And there’s no more genuine and generous a person than Danny. I love working here.

Hi, I’m Aashis. As part of the property management team at Winkler Real Estate Group I handle rental accounting and finances, coordinate repairs, show the units to prospective renters, communicate with all prospects and generally keep the property rental side of WREG business humming. I also jump in with my Photoshop skills, when needed. Colleagues say I’m soft spoken (by American standards), adventurous and extremely hardworking. But the trait that others appreciate the most? I do things on time. Not many people can say that with the conviction I can, handling the number of tasks I do. I moved here from Nepal in 2009, and earned my real estate license five years later. I love working at WREG because of the helpful friendly environment here. I have an opportunity to grow. My mom used to say “be ambitious but be satisfied with what you have” and I live by those words. I can’t wait to see what my future holds here at WREG.
